Hey! I'm Shubham.
I’m a product thinker, problem-solver, and someone who believes technology becomes truly powerful when it improves everyday human life. Born and raised in Pune, India, I’m currently pursuing my MBA at Babson College in Boston (Class of 2027), where I am focusing on product management, strategy, and entrepreneurship.
Before Babson, I worked as an Associate Product Manager at Writer Relocations, where I led digital transformation initiatives, redesigned customer and partner experiences, and delivered measurable business results. One of my most impactful projects was revamping the company’s partner app - reducing the interface from 19 cluttered tabs down to 4 intuitive ones. The change streamlined workflow efficiency, reduced operational errors, and improved turnaround time, earning me the Writer Ace Award for product innovation.
My curiosity has always revolved around how products shape behavior, solve real problems, and create meaningful change. This mindset pushed me toward entrepreneurship early, and today, I’m actively working on multiple ventures, including:
-
LumiScalp – a health-tech device for improving scalp and hair wellness at home
-
SecureLocker – a platform that enables users to insure the contents of their bank lockers
-
Other small experiments combining AI, consumer psychology, and digital products
At Babson, I engage deeply with the entrepreneurial community—conducting customer interviews, building prototypes, studying go-to-market pathways, developing unit economics, and exploring regulations. My learning philosophy is simple: test fast, learn fast, and build what people truly need.
Outside work and academics, I’m passionate about fitness, reading, and personal development. The gym keeps me disciplined, books keep me curious, and conversations keep me humble. A meaningful part of my life is also community service - whether helping underprivileged women access government benefits or supporting families during COVID-19.
Looking ahead, my goal is to build and scale a product-driven company in India -one that solves real problems with empathy, technology, and solid business fundamentals.
If you’re a recruiter, founder, student, or someone who enjoys building meaningful solutions - I’d love to connect, collaborate, and exchange ideas.
